HEY SHAUN, TELL US SOMETHING ABOUT YOU

What's your process of turning a bad day into a good one? Acknowledging that I am having a bad day is a great start! I find taking time away from whatever I am doing resets my mind, so I enjoy going for a walk to get some fresh air and clear my head. Often this brings perspective which helps me turn my day around. Coffee and chocolate don't hurt the process either.

What is the best piece of advice someone has given you? Always remember, context is important. Great advice, easy to focus on one detail and not see the bigger picture.

Who are 3 people you want on your zombie apocalypse team and why? I am going for a few fictional characters here. Firstly Batman, because he will undoubtedly have all sorts of useful zombie-repelling gadgets. Secondly, probably Gandalf because he's Gandalf and some magic wouldn't go astray. Finally, Gordon Ramsay because if there is a zombie apocalypse we are going to want to eat well!
