Dr Jen Wong | Psychology Consultant

Doctorate Degree (Psychology)

Jennifer is passionate about using science to inform workplace practices. As a university lecturer in Industrial-Organisational Psychology, she strives to make an impact by guiding organisations to become healthy, equitable, and high-performing. Her areas of expertise are learning and organisational change, leadership, and wellbeing.

Jennifer is a strong advocate for science to be accessible AND relatable. She believes that the key ingredients to transformative change are to be evidence-based AND to be relevant to organisations. She has several approaches in her evidence-based toolkit; she uses her active listening skills to identify which approach would resonate best with individuals and teams, all while working with them to co-develop actions and goals.

Jennifer grew up in British Columbia, Canada. She completed her doctoral degree in 2016. When she is not sitting at a desk, she is likely in motion somewhere outdoors (e.g., cycling, climbing, snowboarding, sailing), or cooking up some mean kai for her whanau.
