HEY INGRID,

TELL US SOMETHING ABOUT YOU!

What is the best book you have ever read? A Little Life by Hanya Yanagihara. This is the most moving, intense, and thought-provoking book that has come across my hot lap.  The complexity of human emotion had rawness of trauma had me hooked. It should be noted, that this book often comes with a trigger warning.

What's your process of turning a bad day into a good one? Exercise. I'm a big time mover and love to sweat out a not so good day. It can be anything from a walk to a spin class. Pushing play can turn my day around in 25mins.

What is the best piece of advice someone has given you?  "Control the controllables". Life often throws you a few spanners, and one thing you can control is yourself. Master change rather than allowing it to master you.
