When it came to developing our Management and Leadership Foundation Programme I asked The Effect to submit a proposal, such was my respect for the quality of work and ability of their facilitators previously. This proposal was accepted by our organisation and 15 of our managers undertook the six month programme. They listened to our needs and expectations and really 'got' what we wanted, and I feel very grateful that the Effect developed and facilitated this programme for us. The facilitator's experience and wisdom was clear to all participants. Such was the success of our first cohort we are about to embark on the second programme.

We have used The Effect company for a number of years now in the area of Emotional Intelligence training and development. I have personally done the course two times now and have put my whole team through it.
 
I feel that it has been the most rewarding and insightful course I have ever done. It has positive personal effects that are incredibly beneficial to the business through our ability to understand ourselves and the impact we have on others and our ability to work together more productively.
 
Like most courses the content is one thing but can only be beneficial depending on the delivery. Again, in this area I have not experienced better.
