At the Effect we have been working hard to bring you the next level of Human Element training, and we are very pleased to present this first opportunity to become a certified Human Element Trainer in Australasia, delivered by master trainer from the United States Gary Copeland.

The Human Element Certification workshopwill certify you to use the Elements of Awareness, conduct the five-day Human Element workshop, and use The Human Element methodology in training, consulting and coaching.

This intensive12-day programme will deepen your own personal experience of The Human Element, give practice facilitating key components, and provide you with the opportunity to explore different applications of the work including leadership development, team building, customer service, collaboration, decision making and performance improvement.
